How we handle your data

Bert's Auto Sales operates this site as the authorized Dongfeng dealer for Jamaica. We aim to collect the minimum information needed to respond to inquiries and run the focus group programme.

What we collect

• Focus group submissions: the answers you provide on the focus group forms — including your name, the vehicle category you tested, your year-of-birth range, and your feedback on the vehicle.
• Email inquiries: the email address and message you send when you contact us via the contact links on the site.
• Standard server logs: the hosting provider may log basic request information (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security and uptime purposes.

How we use it

Focus group data informs which trims, configurations, and pricing we bring to the Jamaican market. Email inquiries are used to respond to you directly. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Your choices

You can request that we delete your focus group submission, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing bert@bertsauto.com.
